This play is based on the first night of the Stonewall Bar riots in June of 1969. The piece highlights how this singular night affects the relationship between two female lovers. The women, together with a bartender, a mafia boss, sex workers, and police officers, are unlikely people forced to become connected when they are trapped inside the bar while the mob rages around them.
